ARTISTIC BIOGRAPHY
Tre Tenoret is one of the most important cultural events in Albania and the region spanning over a period of more than two decades. It was born as a dream by producer and organizer Edmond Tullumani in 2002, after a long experience with similar events. For this prestigious production and its valuable contribution to Albanian culture and music, Mr Tullumani was honored with the title of “Grand Master”.
Nowadays, Tre Tenoret has become an important cultural institution, known by both local and foreign public for its outstanding shows in Albania, Greece, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Turkey, representing the most prominent Albanian music and artists as well as masterpieces of the world repertoire.
Tre Tenoret is today one of the best ambassadors of Albanian music and culture. Its shows have included world personalities such as the great soprano Katia Riciarelli, the world-famous Albanian soprano Inva Mula, the great master Ibrahim Madhi as its maestro and artistic director, and celebrated artists from America, Italy, Holland, Turkey, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Russia, etc. Tre Tenoret are proud for the participation of artists from the 5 continents, as well as of the highest artistic performance by an Albanian orchestra, which is the Philharmonic Orchestra.
In 2019, Tre Tenoret brought for the first time to Albania the famous “Swan Lake”, the ballet on ice from Saint Petersburg, as a rare and impressive production at the Concert Palace in Tirana.
In 2021, on the occasion of its 20th anniversary, TRE TENORET received the highest appreciation by the great Placido Domingo for its activity and extraordinary contribution to the promotion of classical music.
